We have returned from our globe-trotting karaoke pilgrimage. Aside from learning how rap in the whistle register, we received a divine message from the great singalong goddess in the sky: our karaoke residency @ Tandem Bar has successfully bestowed blessings upon Bushwick and it's time to move up to the next note on the staff of life. Go forth, rent a booth in Korea-town, and sing in peace!

We've had a butt banging time singing with you ALL YEAR ROUND but it's time for us to retreat into our souls and find the true meaning of karaoke.

Your beloved karaoke hosts will travel to Jerusalem, the Great Pyramids, and the Garden of Eden en route to the holiest of all sites, Kobe Japan where we will worship a god that sings amongst us, Daisuke Inoue - the heavenly creator of the karaoke machine.

It's almost time to shave our ourselves and surrender to the Daisuke within. Until then, cut a couple inches off your hot pants and pad your jock straps.

In this mystical wonderland our golden vocals will bounce with joy like rainbows from one end of the room to the other!! It will be glorious, sweet ambrosia for your soul (and your face!)

But the Edge of Glory comes at a price, and we're hanging on a moment with you -- for the magic dust that creates paradise prays on the succulent moistness your rima glottidis. The little voice box you hold in your throat is a delicate jewel that must be protected at all costs.

In the meantime, pull up the covers on your California King Bed and allow yourself to cry just a little bit. It feels like we're 10,000 miles apart. We know you wanna go all the way and take out your freak tonight, but you can't. Have patience until July 20, where we'll dance on table tops and have a menage a trois!

Don't Quit Your Day Job!!

We know how much you sacrifice to sing that last song at karaoke on Wednesday nights.

You get home at 3 AM, fall asleep and find yourself floating naked in the clouds with your gorgeous hosts Bobby Service and Black Waterfall. Just as you're about to reach that fever pitch the alarm rips you back to grim reality. You throw the clock across the room and desperately try to return to paradise but the cloud has drifted away. You scream. You cry. You crawl across the floor. You throw a chair through the window. You grab a bottle of anything that will ease the pain. Days later, you wake up in a haze. You've been fired.
